Memorandum of Understanding
BuildSafeNJ collaboratively drafted a Memorandum of Understanding for employers to sign as a pledge and a committment to improve safety in their organization and to follow safe practices on construction sites. If you would like to make this pledge, print out the Memorandum below and mail a signed copy to the NJ Laborer's Training Center, 31 Mott Avenue, Jamesburg, NJ 08831 to the attention of Don Howard.
